We build about twenty-five houses a year. You sit with the people who sign the drawings. The fee does not move if the plan is ours, yours, or not yet a plan.

There is no sales centre. If you write, a principal reads it. If we take the work, we carry it to the keys.
Metric is still small on purpose. Layouts are rewritten at no extra charge. Multi-generational living is drawn as architecture — a legal ADU, a home within a home — not a basement after the fact.

Eligible purchasers receive the new HST rebate. Detached homes include triple-glazed windows, and a $20,000 studio allowance — or $10,000 plus HST in cash.
